Imperial Park is designated as having Tier 2 status for grant aid.  In the first instance, interested parties
should contact the Welsh Assembly Government on 08457 775577.

The development occupies a secure site of approx 17.5 ha
(43 acres) with opportunities for expansion and new development.

The existing car parks offer approximately 478 car spaces with the potential to extend these facilities
if required.  A staffed security lodge provides site security, with CCTV coverage of the whole estate.
